In weeks 30 to 34 (22-7-2019 to 23-8-2019) we are understaffed, delivery times may be longer than usual.
As a private customer you can appeal to the right of withdrawal and without giving any reason within 14 days after receiving your order. After canceling, you have another 14 days to return your order after which we will transfer the full purchase price including shipping costs (only if the complete order is returned) within 14 days on the invoice you provided. Only the direct costs for returning from your home to us are for your own account. The products must be returned unused, undamaged and if possible in original packaging. Before you return the product, it is important that you first report this via an e-mail (email@example.com) stating the invoice number via the following withdrawal form. Return shipments that have not been notified by e-mail will not be processed! The full provisions are included in Article 7 of our General Terms and Conditions. (The right of withdrawal does not apply to products made or ordered especially for you)

Register your return via the Recall Form. (Click here to download the form)
Wait for the confirmation of your registration and the return number and return document
Return the goods within 14 days to: Nipak BV, 3e Industrieweg 11-B, 3411 MD Lopik, The Netherlands
After receiving the goods we will then process your return within 14 days. Any funds will then be returned to you on the IBAN number on the registration form.
